On Monday, September 16, the A-Town volleyball team hosted Monmouth United. The volleyball team used this as an opportunity to hold a fundraiser for a member of the United team. Riley Horner, a junior at United, suffered an injury during the summer that causes her headaches, dizziness, and loss of memory every two hours. During the volleyball matches there was a free-will donation bake sale as well as a silent auction. There was also a noisy collection fundraiser. (Noisy collection is pots and pans passed through the crowd during the games to put donations in). You can read more about Riley at the following link. https://apple.news/Ap1luSGDqR2mGejObCRxROQ
