Dear District 276 Staff, Students, and Families:
Now that we have been directed by the Governor to shut down schools from March 17 through March 30th, we can begin the process of preparing and implementing out-of-building learning opportunities. Detailed information on the plan will be forthcoming over the weekend.
We will not begin these out-of-building learning programs until Wednesday, March 18. Your patience and understanding is appreciated
Monday will be an 11:30 dismissal for students.
To be clear, there are currently no confirmed cases in our district. Our schools were not closed because they are unsafe. They are being closed, by the State, beginning on Tuesday to enforce social distancing as a method of infection mitigation.
The High School Musical will go forward Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
